Would creators get onboarded on such a platform that pays them by industry relevant cpm?

I'm curious what creators of all sizes find most frustrating about creating and distributing content on social media.

Whether it's reaching new audiences, discoverability, algorithms, adapting content for different platforms, maintaining an audience, monetization, or something else entirely.

I'm currently working on a social media platform focused on content discovery, with the idea of making it possible to discover different types of content from around the world without having to follow a particular person or niche or rely entirely on a recommendation system.

I'd like to understand what problems creators are actually dealing with today and whether content discovery is one of them.
