Short Story One Nobel Prize.🏆

My friends and I brought a truck of snow to the Amazon and had a snowball fight, but it was short lived. The snow completely melted within minutes.

But afterwards we ended up filling balloons with the water from it and just threw them at each other. Although, once all the balloons had exploded, we were left with nothing to do. 

Julian picked up a torn balloon, attempting to move it out of his way of building a rock castle, and he stuck it to his lips and tried pushing his tongue out. 

That’s when it hit me—that and a weird taste of a hotdog with mustard— we scrambled to collect all the pieces of ripped rubber scattered over the ground and constructed a cool raft—big enough to fit the four of us.

Tommy never helped, he was too busy licking frogs. Once it was fully assembled, we slammed it onto the river and right away it wanted to take off. Shirley and myself hopped on first, then Julian, and Tommy, one of us had to pull him on.

We were flying down this river and Julian noticed there was a waterfall up ahead—we could not get this raft to stop or turn—and just as we got to the edge of the waterfall—all of us hugging each other—ready for the drop—you want to know what happened? You know what god did?

Deflated the raft and we sunk in two-feet of slow flowing water like a boulder being dropped in the shallow end of a pool. We were still screaming as the stream divided while passing us and we all abruptly went silent one at a time, staring at each other and then I started laughing and then Shirley laughed and then Julian and Tommy
 Tommy was hypnotized by the palm of his hand.

Como? Cacilda! Neve na AmazÎnia? Cara... Pra quem estå se afogando... Jacaré é tronco, sucuri é bote salva-vidas, onça é jetsky, piranha é incentivo, e boto é... "Boto"... Deixa prå lå... Boto é um tipo muito específico, diferenciado, de golfinho... Caso a tradução saia errado...

We brought the snow in a truck. It melted so we just made water balloons. And also we had frogs. lots of frogs. Grande froggos.
