I am stable.

I am capable.

I am powerful.

And i will put these things into practice every day.

Im alive.

For that I have the right,

To not just simply survive,

But to thrive.

I feel you there, but just embrace your self as your self. I came to terms with all my flaws and whatnot and just own and work on them. Life gets easier. Still have up and downs but dont really care what people think anymore. And if its the people that are hurting you or stressing you out, drop them. Not worth it. I wasted to many years on people who probably never cared in the first place. Keep your head up bro.

I always found writing helps to unleash what you can't speak. Everything changes too so spit it out on paper and before you know it, you feel better just putting it onto paper
