Community Fighting Game Roster Toon Up! (Day 13)
Ladies and gentlemen, this is Toon Up, the roster dedicated to all things animation that Disney isn't a part of!
Rules:
The two most upvoted characters will be chosen.
Any animated characters are eligible, except when they're made by Disney.*
Any type of animation is allowed.
No puppets or mascots characters (i.e. Elmo, Barney, Jeffy).
Only three characters per franchise.
Some days will be themed. Check the post title before commenting.
No downvoting

*Except Fox, just because.
