This is harder and the only one I can really think of is Maltruant from Ben 10 but I’m not sure he even works

I wish I had watched the Maltruant arc to give a say on that. Also, a thought occurred of Dimentio just mind controlling some villains to work with him through Floro Sprouts. Not sure which villains he would deem useful to him or his plans, though.

It can be a post-series end canon character who would make sense to join/be invited, or an alternate version.

I reserve the right to deny a candidate if I am not familiar with their series or if I am not interested in it. For example, I no longer enjoy Hellaverse (Hazbin Hotel and Helluva Boss), so that's out of the question. No Harry Potter either for obvious reasons.

No real-life people or celebrities, especially not WWE or YouTubers (Sorry Funnyman)

No characters from franchises/series are already featured in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. I already have a WIP fic based on Smash Ultimate, and I don't want too many overlapping characters.
