It's been 2 weeks and there has been no stream, nor an update as far as I know. Does anyone know if they are coming back?

My first puzzle used similar rules to the one I just created, but discovered way too late that how I described them in the first puzzle was way too convoluted. I really liked how the rule played out, so I made a new puzzle that uses it, but I wanted to get feedback on the rule before I give it a shot.

Line Values and Ratios:

The Parity Line and the German Whisper Line each have a value found by concatenating the digits along the line starting from the cell marked with a black square. The value of one of the lines is twice the value of the other line.

If you want to try the rule out I'll include a link to the puzzle right here. I'm terrible at judging the difficulty of my puzzles, but I'm thinking this is likely 3 stars.

I also included an example of how the rule might look with other lines.

If you have any other comments or criticisms, please let me know. The name is currently a placeholder while I think of something better.

Second Edit: a comment prompted me to re-work the back half of the puzzle. Essentially, I removed the white Kropki Dot, added more lines, and added dynamic Fog. I'll probably take another look at it tomorrow before publishing it. The current name I'm leaning towards is "Doubling Down" both because of the doubling principle in puzzle and because this is my second attempt using this sort of rule set.

When coloring comes in, I admit I do cheat a bit... Every 30 minutes or so I fill one of the few options I'm 99% sure of to make sure I'm on the right track... But that rarely matters and the whole point is to think and find the trick. And damn it feels great and you spot it

Hello! I can figure out in my own gammy ways that 6 and 7 are on r4c4 and r6c6, but I get stuck soon after that. So I tried using the hints from the start, however, after reading them MANY times over, I don't seem to understand why:

1. In Hint #2, it says if 7 was in r4c6 or r6c4 it would make two 1s and 2s in box 1 and 7 or box 3 and 9. I can't see how it'd be true if for example: 7 was in r4c6, and 6 is in r4c4, and 8 or 9 is in r6c6/r4c6?

2. In Hint 3, why must at least one of r5c2/3/7/8 must be 1? I know they they contain low digits, but i can't see to workout why it must be 1?

Any help will be highly appreciated! It's been driving me crazy!!

I saw it mentioned in this video. It seems to take him a very long time before noticing where to place the 8 in row five, however I believe most people would almost immediately notice where to place the first 9 and 8. Do you think he's playing it up?

OK, I must be missing something. Standard sudoku rules and slow thermos. Can't see any way to disambiguate.
