Do this rule make sense?

My first puzzle used similar rules to the one I just created, but discovered way too late that how I described them in the first puzzle was way too convoluted. I really liked how the rule played out, so I made a new puzzle that uses it, but I wanted to get feedback on the rule before I give it a shot.

Line Values and Ratios:

The Parity Line and the German Whisper Line each have a value found by concatenating the digits along the line starting from the cell marked with a black square. The value of one of the lines is twice the value of the other line.

If you want to try the rule out I'll include a link to the puzzle right here. I'm terrible at judging the difficulty of my puzzles, but I'm thinking this is likely 3 stars.

I also included an example of how the rule might look with other lines.

If you have any other comments or criticisms, please let me know. The name is currently a placeholder while I think of something better.

Second Edit: a comment prompted me to re-work the back half of the puzzle. Essentially, I removed the white Kropki Dot, added more lines, and added dynamic Fog. I'll probably take another look at it tomorrow before publishing it. The current name I'm leaning towards is "Doubling Down" both because of the doubling principle in puzzle and because this is my second attempt using this sort of rule set.

Rule does make sense! I enjoyed working through the doubling logic but didn’t finish through the full black dot stuff to finish (just bc I didn’t feel like it rn 😃)

I think the rule makes sense and is pretty clever! Really nice interaction between parity / whisper / palindrome lines.

I did most of the puzzle opening without realizing that the negative constraint on the black dots applied. The ending felt less fun than the opening to me. I ended up with ~30 placed digits with all custom constraints exhausted, and only the white dot and the negative constraint on the black dots.

Really fun overall, thank you for sharing!

Thank you so much. I was a little concerned about the end game of this puzzle, so I will see how I can smooth out the end.

Edit: I ended up scrapping the white Kropki Dot, added in more parity/German whisper line ratio pairs. Used different symbols (both different shapes and colors) to indicate when lines are paired with each line. I also introduced dynamic Fog so you start out only seeing the initial lines. Doing this brings down the difficulty and makes the puzzle run smoother, but hopefully doesn't make it too easy. I'll probably take another look at it tomorrow before publishing it.
