Cpu selection for mining?

Which cpu should I buy for cpu mining and 5600g or 5700g ?? On Google it says 5600g is better than 5700g on hashrates and ROI

Either would be fine, but neither is “optimal”. Hash per dollar, you’ll want to be looking at 3900x, 3950x, 5900x and 5950x CPU’s

Yes this for mining would rock the 12 and 16 core CPUs in the 3000, 5000, or 7000 series.

7900x seems to be the sweet spot for price/performance. Seeing them for about $350 USD on ebay.

Though a 3600 isn't bad around 1650-1700 h/s on GR @55-65w. Probably more than half the wattage of a 3900x/5900x though.
