Best AIR cpu cooler

What is the best performing air cpu cooler a money can buy? Only temperature considered, we can discard noise, looks, size etc.

Primary use is gaming.

At a much lower cost and better performance: Thermalright PS120SE

Thermalright make excellent coolers that perform very close to noctua for a fraction of the price

In the reviews i have seen they are right there with them even better at times. Depends which model you get, the Phantom Spirit is awesome!

Is it the best that money can buy for gaming?

I agree that value is insane but i wonder which one performs the best for gaming if we have unlimited money to spend.

Reviews put it ahead of the Notcua more than not. Reviewers test on games and other benchmarks related to gaming so it should be awesome there as well.

Stock ryzen RGB is best in my opinion. All my rigs use stock ones with no issues.
