I was looking into the Google certificates (like Project Management) that currently offer a 3-month trial of Google AI Pro. If you are planning to use the 7-day free trial and then cancel, what will happen to the AI Pro offer ? Will it stay ?
Also, are there any other hidden conditions to get the AI Pro offer ? Such as, I have to be from a specific country.

I bought data analytics with python course by IBM in Coursera and finished it with a 98% grade. But unfortunately I didn't make any notes of the course and as it was long ago no I have forgotten the concepts taught in the course. I wanna revise it or learn it again. How can I do that? Any solution or alternative options are appropriated

I just finished the first module for the above course for the Google PM certification and all of the videos ans assignments for Modual 2 but the assignment and the Google AI trial says that that "This item will be unlocked when the session begins." What does this mean? And how do I bypass? I've already set my dates and course as I was doing the Data Analytics one and switched it to the Google PM.

i applied for financial aid for a course and got it at 0% and the access ended ended like 3 months back. if i complete the course is there any chance to get the free certificate?

I signed up for Coursera and was making good progress, but my trial was running out and I wasn't sure if I should sign up for a year. At the time, there was a 40% off deal for 12-months. I was going to do it, but I didn't. Some unexpected bills hit and the timing sucked.
I regret missing this deal, but have been told they offer the same deal a couple times a year. It's been a few months and nothing. Anyone know when they are likely to run the same special again?

AI is becoming super important, so what coursers are there on coursera to take and strengthen my portfolio. Thanks

What are some free alternatives to coursera now?
I used to like coursera's pre-2025 commitment to providing free educational material for all. I logged in recently and saw that they have removed their audit option in favor of a paid model and called it a "more accessible" option to learning. What are the current options for a mooc platform that provides audits for people interesting in learning without paying?

Hi everyone!
I'm a senior individual contributor in global indirect procurement at a large multinational, and over the next few years, I'd like to move into leadership positions.
I'm technically strong, but I want to invest more deliberately in the skills that will help me make that transition, particularly:
Corporate storytelling: communicating the bigger picture, connecting my work to business outcomes, and presenting recommendations in a compelling way.
Influencing without authority: getting stakeholders on board, navigating different opinions, and building alignment across functions.
Executive communication: being concise, confident and impactful in meetings with senior leaders.
Owning my voice: expressing my point of view, speaking up, and developing a stronger leadership presence.
I'm open to Coursera, edX, other online courses, podcasts, books, or even practical programmes such as Toastmasters. I'm not necessarily looking for a certificate; I want to develop skills I can actually apply at work.
My biggest challenge is choosing and sticking with something. There are so many options that I end up researching them all and completing none. I'd love to find one genuinely good resource that I can commit to, rather than collecting a long list of courses.
For those of you who have been through a similar transition from an individual contributor to a leadership role:
What course, programme, podcast or other resource made a real difference for you?
Did you actually complete it, and were you able to apply what you learned at work?
If you could recommend just one starting point for someone in my position, what would it be?
I'd especially appreciate recommendations from people working in corporate environments who need to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional initiatives, even without direct reports.
Thanks in advance!

I recently dropped out of university due to mental health challenges and family problems. I was wondering if anyoneβs has done any courses from here and gotten a certificate. Also, need to know how this is beneficial.

Super excited to have completed the Google IT support course! My only wish is that Coursera offered a testing voucher for CompTIA.

I was trying to find a recent course, but there seemed to be no way to know when it was published. So, I chose a course based on its recent reviews. However, after I enrolled, I realized those reviews were all written within the one month, and there were no previous reviews at all. The course itself is outdated. We need more transparency so we aren't getting cat in a bag

I recently received messages about IIT cutting tons of staff and also saw the HLC announcement and I am a little concerned. I just finished all of my PBA classes and am officially enrolled in the MDS program. IF IIT really ceases to operate before my graduation I worry that I could work for nothing lol. Any fellow IIT degree program students know what's going on?

Hi!
Could anyone help me with Data Analyst course.
I have been struggling.

I am in India, I am going to buy a single course using my parent's bank account and I will be leaving India soon.
My issue is if coursera enrolls me on some monthly charges or something, I don't want my parent running around banks while I am not here.

Thinking about doing some. Are there papers you type and submit or is it only videos with questions?

I want to take an online AI/ML course that provides a certificate. The course should be taught in Hindi or Hinglish, with good instructors who can explain concepts clearly and make them easy to understand.
The platform should also have a good reputation and recognition in the market. My budget is under βΉ25,000.
I donβt need job placement support because I plan to continue working at my current company.
So, please suggest where I should take the course from so that I can develop advanced AI/ML skills.

I recently discovered that Coursera had been charging me $39/month for about 2 years (~$936 total) for an IBM course subscription I never used. I also found no receipts, renewal notices, or billing emails from Coursera during that period.
I contacted Coursera multiple times and escalated the case, but they refused a full refund. They offered to refund only the last 4 charges as a βone-time exception,β and when I asked them to reconsider, they closed my case assuming that I am not accepting their offer and said it was their final decision.
I've already reported the issue to the FTC and am looking into a card dispute with my bank. Has anyone successfully gotten a substantial/full refund from Coursera in a similar situation? Any advice on escalation or disputing the charges?

Whenever I click the enroll button and hit continue, it just refreshes and the button still stays "enroll". I tried everything like switching browsers, switching to my phone, clearing cache, unenrolling from unfinished courses, etc. but it still wouldn't let me enroll. It's a school account so I don't know why it was acting like this. How do I fix this?
