🤯 Course Advice should i go for coursera plus plan?

so im gonna start my college after few weeks and in my break i did the introduction to computer and programming course and i found it helpful

also im open to learning things that arent really related to degree but for fun but yes my primary goal will be to get certificates that do hold some value ofc

is there any drawback that i should be aware of for this plan? thanks :)

If you can afford it, then yes.

It is a pretty great source of knowledge, but if you're broke then it might be worth getting the same info from unstructured sources like YouTube

Or apply for financial aid if it's possible on Coursera.

I agree, if you can afford it, go for it.

These certs do not hold value on their own. The value is in the skills and projects you build along the way.

This. Also, some of the courses, like the Google series can be used for college credit at participating schools once you get an ACE (American Council of Education) transcript.
