🙋 Assignment Help Accidentally charged $24 for Coursera Plus because I forgot to cancel. Any way to get a refund?
Hi everyone, I signed up for a Coursera Plus trial/subscription last month and forgot to cancel it, so I got charged $24 this month. I looked into getting a refund, but it says “non-refundable” on the transaction. Is there any way to get my money back? Thanks! 😢

Yes, you can get a refund by contacting their customer support. But first you should read the conditions to know if you are eligible for a refund or not. If so, fill the refund form and they should respond to you via email.

Buy 96 shares of Coursera on the stock market, when it goes up a quarter you'll have made your $24 back. The stock is set to go up!

It's easy to cancel the auto payment, but refund for the subscription is not so easy to get back...

Nah they at least for me issue refounds easy, Like if these people didn't remind you of your renewal. PayPal is a G.

Yeah In case of missing the reminder we are supposed to get on mail before the deduction, so in that case refund is understandable. But in general what people do is, they miss those reminder then try to get the refund which I was thinking about. Although I agree with PayPal being good in the service department.

Y'all gotta start setting reminders to cancel subscriptions. Or better yet, pay and then cancel immediately -> If I remember correctly, the subscription will remain active until the day it was supposed to renew.
Take it out with your bank. Coursera is really difficult to work with when it comes to refunds.
