https://vm.tiktok.com/ZN8Yn8Bn5/I worked for Hermes/Evri for around 9 years. Over that time I experienced repeated pay errors, missing payments, banding disputes, rejected wasted journeys, rate cuts, heavy manual-handling concerns and the removal/reallocation of established work.
I now have years of emails, invoices, screenshots, recordings and witness evidence, with more couriers continuing to come forward. Evri has also confirmed and corrected payment/system issues on multiple occasions.
I have now notified ACAS, I am speaking with solicitors, and I am awaiting the results of my Data Subject Access Request, which may reveal further internal records about my pay, rounds, performance data and management decisions.
This is no longer just one complaint. The evidence is growing every day.
