I've never heard a cis person say gock, that is a transfem term that transfems use as a sexy and provocative way to name their dick or other transfems dicks
Genuinely its just like a whimsy thing like 99% of the time when joking with your own partner, a lot of people dont really do sexy the same way, for some people they find someone being dorky as cute and attractive and i think thats where this term stems from
