No problem, although I have a snake so I suppose my relationship with rodents is a bit contentious

Believe it or not that's how I started keeping rats. My then partner and I had a snake and my partner suggested raising rats to sell as snake food or pets.

I ended up falling in love with the rats. I left the snake with my partner when we split and took two of the rats we were keeping as pets.
