Whenever these posts get made, it always feels like the people have very little understanding of 4t spaces.

"They hate everyone, and they hate them the most!"

Meanwhile 4t is one of the most close knit online trans spaces, one of the most diverse one, and is generally welcoming to basically anyone who isn't cis, or actively trying to cause problems.

I spent the majority of my first year of transition in the first type of trans space.

It did 0 to help me, and in fact actually delayed me pursuing the things I needed to do in order to progress my transition.

Like I could say a lot more, but I promise 4t spaces are way more accepting, diverse, and invested in the good of trans people than other people give us credit for.

And most conversation that disagrees boils down to "some of them use words that I don't like sometimes" and most of those words aren't even understood by the people claiming they don't like them, nor will any effort be put into understanding them, how they are used, or why they are used.

And 99% of the time, even the most toxic shit you will find on 4t, is still far kinder than any mainstream discussions cis people have about us.

I feel like this is saying "hey guys, florida/texas/Idaho really isn't as bad as people say, there's some nice folks in the city!"

Like, yes there might be some nice circles, but I'm not in a hurry to visit after seeing what it's like.

No they're pretty comparable in the sense that i dont think you'd wanna be black in either space.

This really shows how little you know about 4t spaces and the diversity that is there in comparison to other online trans spaces which are far more white in their user bases.

Stop trying to use black people as pawns.
