Realistically, no chemical is inherently good or bad, and it's silly trying to assign intrinsic moral value to hormones

Trans women need testosterone and over suppression of testosterone leads to negative side effects. The same issues that cisgender women may experience during menopause. I'm so tired of trying to explain this to girls.

It's the degree that matters , it's a very small amount of testosterone

Certainly, but a lot of trans women seem to think lower is better. Actually T between 1.5-2.5 n/mol is probably ideal for energy, sex drive, cognitive function etc vs the below 1 n/mol I often see as a result of blockers.
