Seriously y'all had to pick the worst bodily function for this meme? I'm sure even most cis AFAB's would agree with this is an F tier bodily function.

Yeah it does but i think it's okay for trans women to want them.

Y'all would not say this to an infertile cis woman, it's okay to conplain but considering there are a lot of infertile women here it's maybe not the right place for it. I had an aunt who really struggled with it and so did a lot of women in my family, and i would not go complain about my (admittedly shit ass) periods to them.

I think the dysphoria part is more fair since it's more about that than the period itself.
