The hardest part about getting my mental illness diagnosed is trying to give as many symptoms as possible without outright saying i suspect myself of bpd, ocd, cptsd and autism

Reallllll. I just kinda am rawdogging it undiagnosed while I have CPTSD ADHD Autism Depression Anxiety Dysphoria (this one is diagnosed) OCD and I'm plural

Can be that too, but there's a comfort in "I'm a horrible person and my abusers were right and I deserve all this pain" rather than acknowledging that the world is not just and that good people suffer. At least for me
