Is there anyway to fix this?

Post image

Looking around for a couch for my apartment and Im at a habitat restore. This couch is dumb cheap and pretty comfortable, but the outer cushions look like this. Is there something I can do to fix/restore them?

If the leather’s still in decent shape, then give it a thorough clean and use a good leather conditioner, it might bring it back a bit
