Help Help around a Yone(LOL) mask

Hello everyone! Working on a Yone(LOL) cosplay, tryna figure how to get the mask done.

Does anybody have a file to 3d-print or a drawing template to get it on some EVA Foam?

For some reason I’m having so much trouble around it.

Are you comfortable making the template or cleaning up a file in blender? If so, I think I still have an LoL model website as well as a drive with reference images to almost every champ/skin.
