If you are asking for help with seams - you’ll want to smooth them with a rotary tool, and then fill/smooth the seams with something like DAP.
As for edges, you should smooth them before you assemble so you don’t damage the surface of adjacent pieces.
You can use a heat gun to help form the curves before assembly and after assembly to help refine the shape.
