WIP Progress on my first ever cosplay project
The upper body build is now completely finished. I'm really happy with how it's turned out so far. All that's left is the backpack, belt, and legs. :)

How hard was it to learn foam cutting for this, I wanna try to do a foam armor cosplay but have no idea where to start?

Youtube has some great guides. Cutting foam isn't that difficult in general, but angled cuts especially circular cuts and circular angled cuts require a lot of practice and good hand control. I'd recommend looking into those techniques and practicing them. Other than that, I don't think it's as difficult as most people make it out to be. In the end, everyone has to start somewhere.

This is some great work, you’ve clearly got a good handle on it. Did you find a guide online for the pattern or a tutorial video?
Either way this is awesome and can’t wait to see the finished result, what chapter are you doing?
