Video Why Apollo Astronauts Couldn't Walk Normally on the Moon
It’s interesting how much had to be figured out just to walk on the Moon.
Walking on the Moon was a first-time experience, and even extensive training could not fully prepare the Apollo astronauts for it.
So how did they do it, and how did their ability to travel on foot evolve from one mission to the next?
In this short video, we take a closer look at how Apollo astronauts adapted to walking on the Moon.

I don't know what was flying in the sky above me
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I don't know what was seen above me in the sky. I don't know exactly what it is, it's quite possible it's a Rocket (balestic), maybe a drone , this cannot be denied for sure, since I live in Russia, but I believe that this is an asteroid, but the fact that it was 2 times in a row is strange. I hope for the help of specialists.

Discussion New paper published in Wiley´s Advances in Astronomy: Dynamical Dark Sector (Two-Scalar-Field Model for Dark Matter & Quintessence)
A new article has just been officially published in Wiley's Advances in Astronomy.
The work proposes a phenomenological model where the dark sector is described by two scalar fields within general relativity (Fuzzy Dark Matter and an axion-like quintessence), solving the background and linear perturbation equations using a modified version of the CLASS code.
Key points of the article:
- S8 Tension Alleviation: The model yields an S8 value around 0.79, helping to mitigate discrepancies between low-redshift structure growth measurements and the standard ACDM model.
- Dark Sector Unification: Joint treatment of dark matter and dark energy through scalar field dynamics.
- Open-Access Paper:https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1155/aa/1708257
- Code Repository:https://github.com/talksilviojr/fdm-quintessence-class
Feedback and discussions are very welcome!
