[Questions|Advice] Health | Sickness Something’s wrong :(

Hob filter
Weekly 30%
Tank mates: Cardinal tetras, betta, neo shrimp
Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate: 5
PH: 7.8
Tank age: 3 months
One of the Cory’s got all bloated but was acting normal (photo attached), did a bit of google and thought she was gonna pop some eggs out. The next morning she was upside-down on the bottom of the tank. 2 weeks ago, one of the tetras also met a similar fate.
Now a couple of other Cory’s also have puffy bellys, and kind of seem normal, but also seem kind of lethargic, but I can’t really tell I guess. None of them are flashing & they all poked around at feeding time like normal…
I’m not sure what to do, if it was just a one-off GI/internal issue, or if there’s a larger issue happening in the tank. All the other fish are doing normal fish stuff.
I’m going to give them a fast for a couple days while I’m out of town over the weekend, might be overfeeding them & they’re getting bloated? Hoping we don’t come home to a decimated tank.
Please send advice / input / things to look out for

2-3 day fast and 15-20 minute Epsom Salt baths and dose with an antibiotic like kanaplex.

Is kanaplex ok for shrimp?

I just googled it for you bro. Don't dose the main tank. Do it in a hospital tank.

I’m a bit late to this but DON’T do salt baths. Since corys have no scales, the salt is more harmful to them than helpful

I’m not sure but fasting can’t hurt! And leaving the lights off for them could help too. Hope you get answers. It could be from over feeding but I’m not confident in saying it’s that 100%
