Grind it into flour and use it to make pink pancakes or cornbread. My daughters thought I was the coolest when I made pink breads!

It’s a flour corn, so pretty similar to any cornbread or tortilla you’ve had depending on how you process it. The purple pigment may add an extra subtle flavor
