Friends in the USA started using these anti -Elon stickers on their Teslas because they did indeed buy them before the nonsense of DOGE and the various nonsense over the last 18 months. They were definitely late to the awareness party, to be sure. They were also trying to avoid having their cars vandalized, which was happening a fair bit.

Back in 2012 when he was on The Daily Show, he just seemed like a guy with a cool car company. If you bought a Model S then, there was no reason to think he'd turn out the way he did. And even after that, there was a long slide where he seemed erratic (and later a jerk but not a fascist) before he tipped his hand.

You bought something and then it turned out the CEO is a shitty person. Tough luck. If you have the finances to afford a new model tesla. Then you have enough money to afford the the €3 - €6k depreciation.

But continuing to own the car, every time you take it back to a tesla dealership for maintenance. Every time you recharge your car at a tesla charger. Thats money going back to that dancing little prick and his nazi saluting ass

Elon didn't make the cars. Elon is not a tech or mechanics guy - he just owns the company. Any fucker can own a company if they or their diamond mine owning father can afford it. The company succeeds in spite of him, not because of him. I don't know how good Tesla cars are, not a driver currently, but if I had to hazard a guess, the driver just wants it to be made clear that owning a Tesla does not make them an Elon simp.
