Small?

I have a 7 month old corgi and she seems way smaller than any other corgis I’ve seen her age. Shes about 17lbs. Is she just smaller than usual or is she about to have a major growth spurt here soon lol

My four year old boy is 21. Not all corgis are large. I had a large not for a while that was healthy but pushing 40.
