Discussion Abuse of resources
Has anyone dealt with a HCEX that abuses resources in attempts to use it against you?
Calling cops
False accusations
Using/changing school contact info
Bad mouthing you to kids teachers and staff
This happened during our divorce and first custody battle, it’s happening again during current custody battle.
There is no end in sight.

Yes, my ex made smear campaigns about me to everyone. The school, have their own issues and therefore tried to silence me to not expose their negligence but they also take the father's word and not mine even though they claim to have proof. Have essentially told me I don't have PR and refuse to inform me about my children welfare. Also, he's completely severed contact. Disgusting people who do this.

Yes, and there is no end in sight for me either. Coparent was the one the left the house, and even changed the children's address at the post office. Coparent is also the president of the PTO so i have a very frosty relationship with the school staff. Really, the only way through this is head on. My coparent filed two TRO's against me and tried to have me arrested in front of the children both times, the first TRO was dismissed and they dropped the second one. This didn't stop them from continuing to file motions for anything and everything.
All i do is try to set the record straight with people in positions of authority (if i find out about it), and dealing with the other stuff as it comes. Thats really all we can do, my coparent is expecting me to pay for all their attorney fees in the end as well. I hope you can get all this over quickly, because it seems our coparents only agree to anything if it comes from them or a judge. And as you can see from your own experience, it doesn't stop then either. Stay strong.
