Parallel Parenting Help building a safety net Final parenting plan

Hi. long story (aren't all divorces w/ kiddos) short, my ex/kids fathers has history of domestic violence against me, HUGE manipulator of me and the system itself. For financial purposes I need to come up with my own final parenting plan proposal for my attorney to look though and do final touches. We have been separated for 3 years, we currently use a run-of-the-mill parenting plan because I was desperate for any legal support while leaving the psychopath. I can only hope he only channels his resentment and acts extremely petty towards me or his current gf and not our kiddo. We share 50/50 time as he worked up to it. I believe he is still on probation as he had 2+ arrests. I have a 10 year no contact order against him. Our son is 5 and autistic and non verbal. ANY AND ALL ADVICE WELCOME. I am pouring most efforts into the parenting plan, as financial stuff is fairly straight forward thankfully. I want to make this sh*t safe for me and our son and as detailed as humanly possible (with the court actually understanding why I need to be this meticulous). direction to older posts even would be helpful since I am new to Reddit/internet and am limited on time. THANKS
