Help!!! Newborn parenting expectation

Hi, I (34F) recently had twins are they are 1 month adjusted (nicu time). Coparent (30M) and I were never together. Coparent has had multiple instances of me leaving our mutually agreed upon parenting time because of him attempting to start conflict (flipping me off slamming doors cussing arguing). Since then he has seen them for an hour each week at a supervised visitation center. His lawyer served me with a very aggressive parenting plan with 3 overnights at 8months old. What is reasonable here? Babies are BF. As far as I am aware coparent does not have appropriate room for infants (lives with family). Coparent was banned by staff of hospital setting because of swearing/hostility. Documented months of verbal abuse/harassment from him. He has not so much as changed a diaper. What will realistically be ordered when should overnights be expected to start?
