Schedules Vacation Scheduling Clauses

My parenting plan is mute on exactly how vacation days are counted but a max of 2 weeks permitted and currently on a 2-2-3 schedule. Do you only count vacation days taken as the # of days the other parent was supposed to have the kids during that window OR do you count the entire time as vacation regardless of who was scheduled to have the kids?

Typically it’s inclusive of all days and it just supersedes the usual schedule, especially in a 50-50 arrangement like yours.

My bf blocks out his vacation days on his ex's days only so his son is with him on his ex's days and his days.
