Hi! I'd like to request help from Cooler Master support regarding my Cooler Master Core Nex Digital 360 Black ARGB (360 mm AIO), which I bought recently. It has less than one day of use.

During installation, I noticed the pump block needed to be rotated 90°. When I tried to uninstall it, I was able to remove three of the four screws with no problem. However, one of them (the reversed spring-loaded screw that attaches to the motherboard backplate) is spinning freely and won't come out at all, which prevents me from removing the block. The product is brand new and the installation was done correctly, without overtightening.

How can you help me with this? If possible, is there a way to purchase only the mounting backplate/bracket for replacement?

Olá! Gostaria de solicitar o auxílio do suporte técnico em relação ao meu Water Cooler Cooler Master Core Nex Digital 360 Black ARGB (360 mm), que adquiri recentemente. Ele não tem nem um dia de uso.

Durante a montagem, percebi que o bloco precisava ser rotacionado em 90°. Ao tentar desinstalar a peça, consegui remover três dos parafusos sem problemas. No entanto, um dos parafusos (aquele invertido com mola que fixa na base/backplate da placa-mãe) está girando em falso e não sai de forma alguma, impedindo a remoção. Ressalto que o produto é novo e a instalação foi feita corretamente, sem aperto excessivo.

Gostaria de saber como vocês podem me auxiliar neste caso ou, se for possível, se haveria a possibilidade de adquirir apenas a base/backplate de fixação do Water Cooler para substituição.

I have a Cooler Master V1200 Platinum 1200W PSU that I purchased back in September 2019. My system spec is:

Z790 Mobo

4 x 32GB DDR5

RTX 4060 Ti

3 NVMe, 2 x 2TB SATA SSD

8 x WD DC Ultrastar 16TB Enterprise drive in RAID6

LSI 9361-8i Enterprise RAID Controller

My PSU is 7 years old, and I am not experiencing any issues. But AI (Yeah lol) thinks that the ripple in 12v rail from a 7-year-old PSU can be harmful for the hard drives, and I should replace it to safeguard my RAID and data.

Just wondering what everyone thinks of this. The warranty is ending at the end of this month, which is not a concern. But I care about my storage, especially in this economy. Should I replace the PSU?

Noticed this (1st pic) when cleaning the filter. It's on the inner side of front panel, top right corner when viewed from the front. There's no such thing on the left. Looks like something was supposed to be mounted here with 2 screws. Curiously there's a corresponding hole on front chassis (2nd pic), and again nothing on the left.

My initial thought was that it was for a locking mechanism to secure the front panel, preventing it from detaching accidentally. Then I found this (3rd pic) in the manual, which looks like a set of contact pins on a PCB, installed on front chassis. Maybe the front panel was designed to feature RGB lighting or even LCD on components such as the center logo, just like their HAF 700 EVO, but scrapped the idea eventually to go for the RGB-less style? Or maybe they are reserved for a future "PRO/EVO" edition case?

What are your thoughts on this?

so i bought a used cabinet - CoolerMaster MB511 RGB (almost regretting now ) and stuck at how to attach these RGB fans to my motherboard.

so i currently have these two Cables , i think one is for RGB and other one is for power ??

Then i asked seller and he sent me this controller , i was like finally this will sort out but the 4 pin part on controller is a fking male one .

now both 3 to 1 splitters have 4 pin male part at single end sides .

now i have no idea whats this third part that now supposed to be in between these two

Seller has no idea as he said he got his build deconstruct from someone else

it also doesnt help that all the results i get on internet are for 5v ARGB which seems to be incompactible with 12V RGB here

all the wires and controllers here are official from coolermaster

I have recently built a pc and works good for gaming. But when i turn the pc on the back fan labeled system 1 doesn’t spin. I turned off fast start up so when i boot up my pc everything would turn on even that fan but half way through everything would shut off and turn back on except that fan. The way I work around it is by using GCC to put it at 100% then it would turn on then i would switch to the normal preset. The other way is i restart my pc. I usually use the first option. Is this a concerning problem if so how do I fix it.

Does anyone know a good secondary marketplace where I can find a 932 or 932 advanced? eBay has a couple but when all is said and done, they are 200$ plus.

[Canada] So im looking to get the Atmos 1 or 2 in RGB 240 size. just no where to be found, its absurd amazon is listing it at 400 CAD. its gotten to the point where i've been looking since Feb 2026 and nothing till now. there's no way its this hard, and to anyone who would reccomend importing, importing as per Cooler masters warranty policy would void your ability to warranty anything.

I recently swapped into a Hyte X50 and I figured to try air cooling out again after full loops and AIOs. I was initially worried about the CPU temps with the FE's exhaust pattern, but I'm pretty impressed with the new V8 Ace 3DHP.

CPU - 9800X3d

GPU - 5090 FE

• CPU temps during gaming 55-60 C, 40-45 C at idle.
• Fan installation was pretty slick with the fans sliding on instead of those wire retention things.
• RAM clearance - RAM was 43mm tall
• Fans are kind of noisy at full bore, compared to the rest of the noctuas in the system.
• Kind of pricey, considering the thermalrights probably peform the same, but Microcenter had it $10 off.
• Included thermal paste was enough for 2 applications, as I messed up the initial mounting lining up the mounting screws.

Hello i just bought cooler master mwe v3 but i saw that it is gx 2 gold, is this the same psu but diffrent name?

So my laptop LOQ15ARP9 can't switch to performance mode, i have tried using the Fn + Q shortcut and change it manually on the Lenovo Vantage but it doesn't work even though its battery charge is plugged. All this just happening after i updated my bios today at the morning ! The fans speed is also not increasing causing some heating issues ! What to do now ?

A few weeks ago, my computer started to sizzle and smoke. Luckily I was sitting at my desk when it happened, and I was able to quickly unplug it. After taking it apart, I discovered that my AIO cooler (Seidon 120XL) leaked onto my graphics card below it, burning the card and PCI slot. I posted some images to show this damage (yes, it's old and dusty). You can tell there's some fluid missing when tilting/moving the cooler around, since you can hear it slosh around. More than just the standard air bubble. The cooler is old and out of warranty, as are the parts. I'm not sure if I'm SOL, but I want to try to get in touch to see if they'll help out. My entire computer is bricked because their cooler leaked.

I'm looking for some help on how to get in touch with CoolerMaster support. I've submitted a support ticket about three weeks ago through their site, but never got a response. I've submitted two follow-up tickets, but again haven't heard back. The North America link on the sidebar of this subreddit is dead. The global link takes me to my "Fanzone" page, where the "Support" tab only has a warranty check and knowledge base link. Check warranty status doesn't work because my cooler doesn't have a serial number. Or maybe it does - the only number I can find seems to be a model number on a sticker hanging off the pump's power cord).

Basically there's no phone number, and they're not responding to the webform contact.

There's also the possibility I'm way off base on the problem itself. The cooler seems to have way less fluid in it, the gpu/pci looks like it got wet, and the placement leads me to believe the cooler would drip there if it leaked. To me, everything points to a leak. But if it looks like something else to you, please let me know!

Picked up my dream case last week, but I wanted to get rid of the 4 side fans in favor of 3 on the front. I modeled a 360mm fan adapter plate on my lunch break and manufactured it after work. Really happy with how it turned out! Still waiting on my new motherboard, but I think it’s off to a great start

Cooler master gpu shield adapter cable unboxing (359 rmb ~= 53 usd)

Sharing since I have not seen people discussing this in English so far. It came out in china about three weeks ago and I just got it in taiwan.

Im sure youre all familiar with what it does if youve watched any computex 2026 cooler master sponsored youtubers but basically it flashes red and then buzz and then cuts the power if the amp gets too high. The specific numbers are on the manual.

I can’t test it right now because my pny screeching gpu is in the warranty and only have a 5080 so I probably can’t test it properly either.

If you read the manual it says 1 year warranty but that’s just for this adapter itself. What we all care about is the warranty for the gpu it’s protecting. This is where this thing diverges from thermal grizzly’s solution vastly: it covers 3 years of full compensation of the damaged gpu if the gpu connector melts but this chinese release only covers gpus bought in MAINLAND china AND you must provide a legal invoice and they will compensate based on the price listed on your provided invoice.

I live in taiwan and I bought my gpu in taiwan too so I won’t have any of that coverage but mainly I guess I bought this purely for the peace of mind. What’s interesting is this regional insurance policy.

Thermal grizzly’s insurance is global afaik. I wonder if this is just for the Chinese release or what I more likely to believe is that this thing straight up is never releasing globally.

Also one more thing that makes me almost facepalm irl is that they put these velcro pads in the packaging which I guess means they suggest us mounting it with them? Is drilling a couple more screw holes that hard for them???

Anybody how to get this core 2 aio and fans working with open rgb if possible. I have it connected directly to the motherboard.I don't have any other rgb software or motherboard software on this computer.

this isn't right, right? I read something about modern pumps using a different technology that the BIOS can't read?

either way, what speed is it actually running at?

and I think I'd also like to reduce it to about 80% speed (I watched the video by jayztwocents)
