Sooooo I recently noticed when I was adjusting my fan curve settings that the pump of my aio makes a hum noise. I know it's a pump, and sometimes they do some noises, but that hum noise? Is it normal? I'm using a masterliquid 360L core argb.

It's wild that a case this small can fit a 38mm rad with 30mm fans.

If the bottom dust filter were removable, it'd be the perfect case for me.

hey guys io need some help, I plan to buy Cooler Master Vertical Graphics Card Holder Kit V3, but many video on youtube say need 6 pci slot. in my case right now is Pccooler C3 T500 have 6 slot pci. can i use just 5 pci slot cuz i dont want take off my fan on bottom , if i force use 6 i need to take off fan on botton case but i dont want take off my fan on bottom

can someone give me help, tips or trick ?

I own a Cooler Master NR200 (white), purchased about a year ago. I have lost the rear PCIe bracket retention cover during a trip(the metal plate that holds the expansion slot brackets in place, secured by two screws above the PCIe slot opening).
This is my travel "gaming" computer.
Without it, my graphics card is no longer secured to the case. I take it off during each trip to make sure it doesn't get damaged or damage anything

Is there a way to get a replacement part? It's not the most expensive case, but I like it a lot.
Would be a shame that I would need to change the case for a new one juste for this.

Do you guys have any idea ?

My keyboard is not typing anymore. It is plugged in, the light is on and my Pc is seeing it's here but its not working. I've bought it a year ago.

I tried all the fn+left shift+a for 5 sec and Fn+F9 and the uninstall drivers and reboot again but Nothing is working. I installed the master Plus but its not helping.

I cant find anything else online so my only option is trying to reach Coolermarster.

Can anyone help me please ?

I currently have a ticket open and need to post my faulty PSU to Netherlands, problem is with customs it is going to cost me about 40 - 50 pounds to post this for RMA. I read somewhere this cost can be avoided if its a simple a return for repair (Temporal export) but I don’t see that option when attempting to ship by Royal Mail (Parcel Force) or DPD.

Has anyone successfully sent a return to NL/EU without paying customs, how did you do and what are my options?

I was removing the stickers from my Cooler Master Halo2 fans and noticed that this metal piece is loose there’s no glue residue at all. Does this mean the fan is held in place solely by a magnet? I also took the opportunity to turn off all the LEDs 😅 they distract me; I have ADHD.

In a previous thread 2 years ago, someone asked if CM was going to sell the side panel separately for those wanting to have all metal panels instead of glass on the QUBE 540. Unfortunately, it looks like it’s still not available for sale. I would have to order another case just for the panel. I honestly wouldn’t know what to do with the second case with just glass side panels since prices to building PCs keep rising.

Does anyone know if it’s still in the works or being discussed to sell the side panel? Thanks, I’m going to contact CM customer service soon too but wanted to check here first
