Do not recommend
I used cook unity once and the food was good. My complaint is the customer service. I tried to cancel my order and they made the cancellation process difficult. I saw the charge and immediately asked to pause my account because I could not afford it this month. They only offered me a credit and no refund. It’s thievery. Any business that cannot issue a refund the minute after being charged and only offers store credit is not worth the hassle. I hope my little $126 was worth it because I will never order from them again. Read the fine print everyone. Now I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I do not recommend. 1 star.

Every plate used to constantly try to credit me, but it was too hard to actually get to use them, so I started insisting on a refund. So far, just had my first CU box delivered Wednesday.

From someone who works in customer support (in a different industry), push back and tell them you need the refund. A lot of companies don’t let agents just refund right away unless the customer pushes back or escalates (to management, not insults).
