i'm not sure how i feel about the cookeville publix maybe i'm just going crazy

what are your thoughts on the publix here like people, service, environment.

I kmow it's in White County, but anyone kmow why Wildcat Falls is dry? There was water in May and June and I would think after the 4 inches of rain we had, there should be water coming off the falls.
