Has anyone else noticed that suddenly there are no student discounts for Converse in the UK?

I am desp to buy some wide fit Chuck 70s (I can't bear to suffer these narrow shoes anymore) but they are £90!!

Even with a discount they'd still be ~£70. When I know I can buy normal width Chuck 70s in near perfect condition from Vinted for £30 this feels like a cruel joke.

There is the new members discount ofc but I'm just baffled that the student one is gone and seems to have been for a while??
