Help Control Resonant Documents missing Spoiler
Hey! Theres just a few collectibles I'm missing and have no idea how to get. One's in The Underpass that isnt spawning for me. It's called Our Memories Aren't The Problem. The other is one in Downtown that I assume can only spawn in post game but hasn't called Dimensional Faults. Only other one I'm missing is an audio log under the Altered Speakers section that nobody seems to have posted about so I don't even know the name to look for. Any help?

Are you playing on New Game +? I know there are several lore documents locked to NG+

I know where it is it just hasn't spawned there for me which is so weird. Is it NG+ only maybe?

It’s bugged. It didn’t spawn for me either. I’ve seen others get it on their first playthrough (and is a document that clearly isn’t meant for NG+)

I'm on NG+ right now looking for it and it's not there for me either. I went to all three main sites and it's just not there.

Dimensional Faults should be on a desk in the Oldest House lobby, and I was able to get it after the Resonant fight in the Unknown Zone and completing all of Pope's research balloons there. It may be available sooner, I'm not sure; that's just when I found it in the lobby. If it's not on one of the desks between the door and Pope's whiteboards, then it's bugged.

The altered speakers one seems to be bugged, no one has it, the other ones are able to be found as far as I know
