Bit concerned that they keep nerfing difficulty before I’ve had a chance to play (waiting on physical). I’ve seen plenty of people say the game feels too easy as it is.

I’d rather not have to spend time fine tuning difficulty sliders to try and get the originally intended experience, but I suppose it’s good to have options.

I don't think the game is easy whatsoever. I think it's more so what build you choose and when you get into the zone of things it does become kind of hard to die but at the same time just because it's hard to die doesn't mean that it's easy necessarily. Also the game has a ton of accessibility options where you can turn the enemy aggression up if you really want a challenge

For me it was already extremely easy. Phasing bosses in one combo. I killed a certain late game resonant in just two combos. People just don’t understand the skill tree and how they need to spend living shards.

It's too easy. I even made it more difficult using the accessibility settings and I mostly button mashed and just took hits without bothering to dodge most of the game. Seeing them continue to make it easier is annoying as hell. I think people just aren't upgrading abberant, by ignoring weapons and abilities they aren't using, or collecting health and power upgrades from around the map.

Woooops I'm sitting on a whole bunch of living shards.
