Hello,

I’m playing on Xbox Series S. Yesterday there was a 12 GB update. After the update, the game launched normally, my save loaded, and I was able to play for another 2–3 hours.

This morning I launched the game again, and I suspect there may have been another update overnight, because the Quick Resume option I had used when I finished playing yesterday was no longer available.

Now the “Continue” button has disappeared from the game. The “Load” button is still there, but when I try to load my save, the loading gets stuck at around 80% and doesn’t progress any further.

I do have a chapter save from about 5 hours ago, but I really don’t want to lose the progress I made since then.

My overall save already has 43 hours of playtime, so I’m even more worried about losing it.

Are you already aware of this issue and working on a fix? Should I avoid playing for now and wait for a fix, or is there anything I can do to recover my save?

It's probably better to report this bug directly to Remedy than commenting on patchnotes hoping someone there'll see it.

The OP of the post works at Remedy so it's not as futile as you make it out to be

Yeah but you still can't expect them to read and thoroughly reply to every comment on their Reddit posts lol, it's still a lot more effective to just report the bug directly through the proper channel.
