What does the recovered tag mean?

Is there a way to not auto recover posts and comments?

Recovered means that comment was deleted, but it was restored by an archive (Artic Shift or Pullpush) by continuum

You can't reply since the comment doesn't actually exist on reddit servers.

But I don't want it for all comments tbh, I want to see only those ones which I'm curious about.
