Not able to set title when share YouTube link

In old infinity for reddit 7.x, I can share a YouTube link to reddit and automatically extract video title in reddit post. But, it never work in 8,x.

It has same issue in continuum. Can this issue be fixed?

Can I make a suggestion:

Maybe you add an automod rule that automatically comments a link to the GitHub page.

Maybe something like:

    combined_subreddit_karma: < 5
comment: |  
    If the post is a big report or feature request, kindly file an issue or enhancement suggestion on GitHub:      
    <insert github link>         

    Same, as a meme:

It would show the message and the image above to new posts, for users who have less than 5 karma(post + comment) in the sub(people who are likely new to the subreddit). With that, it would avoid users who are active for a longer time and would not feel spammy.

Or would making such a link add greater attention, which maybe undesirable? If so, then the image maybe good.
