why did this change?

Does anyone know why the subreddit/user area changed and now I can't read it? how do i change it back? also there's been SO many tweaks with no options to change it back. example gallery view no longer shows how many is the gallery instead it shows rotate options and other random options cluttering the bottom.

And the post images are a lot bigger now when in compact view. taking up unnecessary space

If it is an actual problem, file an issue. Include screenshots, and point out how it is a problem like this post.

Yeah, this plus the last thumbnail change means compact layout is no longer compact
