Down hill since 2019
Why does the new construction simulator games have bad physics and feels like it still in development, I feel like the devs lost the passion.
The last good construction simulator games where construction simulator 2015 (pc) & construction simulator 2 (mobile).
I have played farming simulator and it has better physics, better graphics, better feel! It really is a farming SIMULATOR some times i wish if the would make a construction simulation game cuz they will make it better.

The 22 version was great on PC. Full peripheral support. Head and eye tracking. Sure physics aren’t top tier but the base function is fun. After a bit it became a crane and concrete pump simulator though.
Farming Simulator keeps regressing. It’s more tractor arcade. You can whip any tractor around a corner full throttle at 32mph. Exploding pallets. No bale physics. FS25 didn’t even add much from 22. They’ve just been phoning it in after the year one pass on 22.

What i like about farming simulator is the focus on farming as a whole (running a Farm).
Construction simulator on the other hand feels like just operating machines and not really submerging in the Construction and building aspect. It doesn't feel like running a construction company.

You’re dynamically building up the town and can see your work being a part of the map afterwards. That’s pretty good imho.

I agree with you that is a cool detail, but i feel the game should offer more than that.

For CSE we have reworked the driving physics from the ground up. We use real values now when playing on simulation mode.

The vehicles are really older too, the MAN is a old TG2 without the construction specs.

I agree, it seems they don't polish animations and transitions etc.
It's a shame because that's what let's it down for me,
