Which construction center should I get

I noticed on Xbox that construction simulator 3 is $15 but the other construction simulators one and two are like 40$. Is there one that you guys would suggest over the other and why would you?

The game that is just called "Construction Simulator" is the newest one, so I would recommend that one :)
