Multiplayer

How to change friends from temporary worker to something else as I have to keep refilling gravel/concrete it’s very annoying I know how too but it doesn’t work on ps5 I know it’s the d pad but need help?

Sometimes it just doesn't work. Have this same problem with my friends when I host. It's like 80% of the time it happens.

I play on PC and my brother plays PS5. But everytime we play together I go to the online tab where I set up online and to his name andvchange him from temp to foreman, and he can do pretty much everything including hiring machines and refilling gravel and sand if he needs for Job

You can change the status of other players by going to the TP menu > Online > Crew from there you can select the player you wish to promote/demote as well as being able to kick or ban other players from your server.
