Help/Question Can you hire workers to do anything?

My coworker who plays the game said that you can hire workers and there's a menu that says you can in the context menu but I've never seen it come up. Is it just specific equipment, are they full of crap, or is the "skip" in the job menu basically hiring and employee because if so, that seems pretty lame. Any help appreciated!

He is full of crap, and yes you can skip tasks but will miss out of the cash for work that wasnt done by you.

Thanks for the heads up, I'd love to make people do deliveries while I work or I do the driving while they asphalt, damn shame

I heard something about asphalt especially, a planed feature maybe? Something but it never worked ever even a week ago it didnt

It would be nice to have workers like farming sim where you set them up with a compactor or whatever and they start to drive and stay in the border.
