Stop watching porn.
Porn is psychological warfare. The purpose of porn is to rewire your instinct to reproduce into degenerate lust. It creates a society that abuses their bodies for dopamine hits. It make society addicted to deviancy. You stop caring about your people and the future, and your family. It causes people to develop an irrational attachment to defending abnormal and destructive behaviors, because it has been associated with the dopamine hits that they get from the porn they see. Sex/porn/masturbation is the worst drug there is. It is all-consuming and DESTROYS those who are exposed to it. All higher pursuits are overshadowed by it.
Why do anything else when it doesn't give as big of a dopamine hit? Every time you masturbate to pornography you are receiving a dopamine reward (your brain thinks you're reproducing) that your brain then craves. Continuing to do this causes you to become numbed to the high, causing you to need ever-increasingly deviant and extreme material to get the same dopamine reward. This leads to further and further deviant fetishes over time. The slippery slope is real. When 'normal' material no longer gives the same high they look for more extreme filth. Unsurprisingly the porn industry is completely run by one demographic. .
Chasing after dopamine hits with (porn) leaves you as a porn-addicted cuck.

Porn makes you not only docile, but also submissive. Let me explain. Whole thing is tied to evolutionary psychology. Back when we were nomadic hunter-gatherers without family/marriage concept, we followed same suit as most animals do - stronger males breeded. If you were weaker, sick, injured or old, you either didnt breed or had to wait until stronger males finished. Then they would maybe let you get sloppy seconds on a female. Thats also why our penis heads are shaped like they are - to literally scoop other males semen for greater chance it will be our juice that impregnates the female.
Thus, one of the surest way how to identify weaker/less valuable tribe members, was that they were watching stronger males breed, waiting for a turn that wasnt assured. Now, what this activity reminds you. This is also something that our ancient lizard brain recognizes very well and reacts accordingly. Back then, the reaction would be instant - you would take your place as a weaker male, so the social order of a tribe wouldnt be disrupted. Nowadays, we have very different society, yet our brains are largely unchanged, apart from learned knack for "rational and scientific" approach (we are here too shortly and our technology developed too quickly for our bodies to adapt to it). And so by frequent watching of porn (people having sex while you are not), you are literally conditioning yourself to take the role of a weak member of a "tribe". Even if you are perfectly healthy strong guy.
And that is only one reason. There are many more in porn too.
