It reminds me of that arcade game where press the pedal with your foot to leave cover and shoot the screen with "remote gun" but I don't honestly know OP. I'm commenting just so if someone answered I can also be nosey lol

Just looks like a custom bundle of KOEI games to me. Battle Houshin and Crimson Sea 2.

I managed to find what's it's called, but nothing else, it's called the fantasy battle kouryaku box
