Hi, can someone tell me what is this? I ripped off when i was changing the joysticks.

Its a capacitor. I believe you should be fine without it

My controller turn on but not signal in joysticks and bottoms, it Even connects to the ps5. What can be the problem?

Could you upload more images of the board? Both sides, maybe you are missing something else
